“Kindja Agrar” a.d. company is situated in north-east part of Republic of Serbia, more precisely in north province Vojvodina. Headquarters together with machine pool is located in suburb of city Kikinda. It was founded at the end of 50' by fusion of five agro-cooperatives. At that time the basic activities were, field crop cultivating, cattle breading, vegetable – fruit growing and vine-yards. Today the main efforts are concentrated in field crops cultivation and vegetables, although there is infrastructure for cattle breading that is not in function due to unfavorable market trends.

“Kindja Agrar” a.d. is cultivating land complex 1692 hectares, that is rutted by canal system Danube-Tisa -Danube. Nearness of canal system has enabled irrigation of 900 hectares. The goal of new management is to enlarge irrigated area. If we speaking about soil quality structure is presented in following list:

• chernozem 65%
• hydromorphics black soil 15%
• black meadow soil 10%
• black sand 10%

Company employs 55 employees, where in the fields are engaged 27 workers. Machine pool is recently modernized and can provide high quality agro-technical operations.
